Level 4: Water Management Services

Water management provides a custom tailored, two-part service designed to help the customer achieve and maintain the maximum potential savings by implementing the recommendations in the Level 2 and Level 3 audits and by ongoing tracking of water use.   Part 1 maximizes the efficiency of your irrigation system by repairing, upgrading and fine-tuning your system to maximize the percentage of the available savings of your system. Part 2 services provide long term tracking of water use at the site (through water billing data). We will also make the necessary applications for any rebates and incentives available to offset the costs of the system improvements. Aquacraft can provide management services for customers who have had a Level 3 audit.   The intent of this service is to have it pay for itself through reduced costs for water.

  • Level 4 services include:
    • Obtaining quotes from irrigation contractors to make the system improvements identified in the Level 3 report 
    • Management of any repair work (authorized by the customer) to insure that the work is done satisfactorily
    • Installation and programming of a “smart” irrigation controller and/or sensors (if recommended in the Level 3 report)
    • Fine tuning of the system and/or schedule based on observed performance
    • Adjusting schedules to comply with local water use restrictions
    • Web-based graphs and reports of historic and current water use of individual accounts based on billing data from the utility which can be used by the customer to verify the performance of the system.
    • Annual Level 1 site inspections to detect problems with the system early and make adjustments based on changes to the landscape
