2005 Update to Denver Water Relog: Post-Drought Changes in Residential Water Use

An update to the 1996/1997 Denver Water Single-Family Home Study.

National Multiple Family Submetering and Allocation Program Study

Charging residents in multi-family house separately for water is growing trend in the United States. This study looks at the entire phenomena of submetering and allocation billing techniques examining the potential water savings, regulatory issues, utility concerns, water rates, and regulatory climate.

Xeriscape Demonstration Garden

Xeriscape is a feasible solution for creating a waterwiselandscape. Aquacraft has created a xeriscape demonstration garden that can be readily implemented by homeowners.

Supermarket Efficiency Study (CALFED)

Urban supermarkets are major water users, especially their cooling equipment for refrigeration. This study looks at use of various water treatment systems on the coolers to reduce water used for bleed, and use of high efficiency plumbing fixtures and faucet controllers in the rest of the store to reduce water use.

Tampa Conservation Retrofit Study

This study aims to determine the impact and acceptance of high-quality water conservation products in single family homes. Each home will be retrofit with new water conservation fixtures including Niagara flapperless ULF toilets, high efficiency top loading Whirlpool Calypso clothes washers, new showerheads and faucet aerators, and advanced faucet controller mechanisms that operate by motion sensors or leaning pressure. Water use will be compared before and after the retrofits using Aquacraft's flow trace technology.
